0 Garrison Rd Grandview, TN 37337

Listing details for 0 Garrison Rd, Grandview, TN 37337 : Wow!!!!! 76 acres of wonderfully wooded property with a creek flowing down the side of the property that feeds into the spillway off of Lake Tranquilechee, a 42 acre lake. It creates a beautiful waterfall. The property borders the lake, so you get the beauty of both worlds.. The 76 acres is equally amazing at the top. 4-wheeler trails run thru the property and you can hike from the top to the bottom and only encounter one or two ridges that present any steep topography to negotiate. There is a private gated road that leads to the top with access for just 2 other parcels that border this property. I can't emphasize enough how ''walkable'' this property is. While walking it with the property owner, he pointed to turkey markings along with deer and said he has had some great hunting here
