0 Creek Rd #2162-L Reliance, TN 37369

Listing details for 0 Creek Rd #2162-L, Reliance, TN 37369 : Good quality farm property in a great, peaceful location at the base of Starr Mountain. Located only about a half mile from Starr Mountain's Cherokee National Forest trail system, this land is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast. Hikers and horse lover's take notice! The land is rolling and about half is in pasture with the balance predominantly in hardwoods. There are some fine spots for lovely home settings. The paved county road gets very little traffic. There is a National Forest access gate just a few hundred yards north of the property too! The land is part of a larger family farm which has been in the same family for generations. There is a spring originating on the property from which the brother of the seller shall have access to the water, so long as he remains there in the community. The brother's water access does not effect the new owner's access to the spring. This is a peaceful, private, close knit community of good folks who respect each other's privacy but look out for one another. Seldom do such properties come on the market. Will be surveyed. Motivated seller! Seller is willing to divide the property.
