0 Deer Run Point #4B Lafollette, TN 37766

Listing details for 0 Deer Run Point #4B, Lafollette, TN 37766 : Up for grabs is a wooded LAKEFRONT lot in Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake. These are a rarity these days and will go fast. The lot is absolutely dockable with 98 feet of lake frontage, and is most desirably located in a wonderful cove, so you don't have to deal with the main channel wake. As said, it is wooded, but the trees belong to the buyer all the way to the water. They can take down as many as are desired. That is because Deerfield Resort lakefront goes to the high water mark (1020 elevation) unlike some other parts of the lake.
