0 L 94 Hidden Cove Ln Sharps Chapel, TN 37866

Listing details for 0 L 94 Hidden Cove Ln, Sharps Chapel, TN 37866 : Beautiful and private lakefront property with 280+ ft of lake frontage. Full time water and in an area in Norris Shores that is indicated by TVA to be dockable. This property is full of hardwood and is rolling and in some areas steep but building is not an issue. There is an area where you can have a fairly flat driveway or a steeper driveway as you get closer to the lake. You'll either be able to walk to the water or need to take a 4x4 to the dock (depends on where the home is placed). We are on the side of a mountain giving you plenty of privacy and somewhat secluded. The property is midway down a wide cove giving plenty of safe areas to swim, kayak, or take your favorite water craft on the water to the main channel and head to one of several floating restaurants with gas, food and entertainment. This is a beautiful lake and very friendly community. The subdivision has a private marina with a launching area for your boat and also has a covered dock that (as of this writing) has dock spaces available for a very reasonable annual fee. This lot will not last long. Come take a look and see the beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Please NOTE - NO short term rentals allowed. 3 months or longer with a lease is permissible.
