Listing details for 0 Misty Ct, Sevierville, TN 37862 : SEPTIC APPROVED for TWO properties - 6BR and 1BR!!! A small creek runs at the base of the property, and there's even a swale for some privacy between the two build sites. Great spot to add a fire pit area below the larger home.
