0 Parcel 001 01 Wears Valley Rd Sevierville, TN 37862

Listing details for 0 Parcel 001 01 Wears Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862 : Country living at it's best! This 6+ acre tract has never been offered on the market before, and was originally part of a large parcel owned by a local family. This is raw acreage that hasn't been improved with septic or water, so a perk test to determine septic capacity will have to be completed by the Buyer. The property will also need a well. The property offers some gorgeous views, and features an old barn that is in need of repair. There is an old road bed that is in good shape considering that it hasn't been improved in several years, and you need to be aware that there is a ROW across the property to access an adjoining property. A Court Agreement is also on file that gives specific instructions on the maintenance of the ROW as well as the GATE.
