1107 Longview Ct Gatlinburg, TN 37738

Listing details for 1107 Longview Ct, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 : 1107 Longview Court is among the easiest to build on lot with arguably the best view in Chalet Village currently on the market. This property held before the fires of '16 a one level cabin that was on a slab and was ADA compliant. Today the ample sized house seat is cleared and presents and open book to develop a two level cabin to capture the far ranging view to the south and east. Mount LeConte is showcased as expected, however the view is much broader and ranges to the east past Greenbrier Pinnacle to capture excellent sunrises. There was a two bedroom septic in need of inspection and that is the only limiting factor of 1107's value. 1107 Longview has parking to enhance the appeal in the eyes of future overnight rental clients. If the property was to become a residence then a garage would be easy to incorporate in the design. The Seller has lost all pictures of the prior cabin. However, only one visit to the house seat will give many ideas to move forward with. Longview Court is a dead street with a cul de sac void of heavy traffic noise. With lot inventories in Chalet Village in short supply, 1107 Longview Court is a one of a kind lot worthy of consideration.
