Listing details for 1452 Reagan Valley Rd, Tellico Plains, TN 37385 : MLS #20166263. Be sure to check out our Skyway Vues Drone Video in the video section. We call this site Treetops. Treetops is a very private 6.70 acre site and we just had the drive bulldozed in to the top with a long winding driveway to a very gentle slope near the top of the mountain. It could have big views to the north, east and west if a person wanted to remove trees. The home site has a slope for a walkout lower level or as a single level home with a porch all the way around and the floor to ceiling glass on every side..no curtains needed here, privacy in every direction. There is a hardwood forest on the entire parcel with only selective clearing needed to open up the views. This home site can have as much or little a yard as you might want. It is very private and is the farthest from the entrance to the Cove. Walking to the mailbox will be one of the best exercise walks in the Cove
