1460 Reagan Valley Rd Tellico Plains, TN 37385

Listing details for 1460 Reagan Valley Rd, Tellico Plains, TN 37385 : MLS # 20166265. Be sure to check out our Skyway Vues Drone Video in the video section. Home sites 8/9, we call these two Majesty. The two together are 18.32 acres. This is a very unique mountain hideaway parcel where three mountains merge at the saddle up high. The Cove parcel is at the end of the drive way entrance and is the bowl of the mountains to the south, east and west. The low ground has springs and then there's up top. The Cove has the most spectacular view home site in Red Mountain Cove, and we must says in most of all of Tellico Plains. It is very secluded: you would never know there is a home in this location. Driving in and out of Red Mountain Cove provides a country road view of the pasture land along the road and to the north of Laurel Mountain. The Cove is going to have one of those homes only a few would ever get the rare opportunity to have. Boulders will most likely even be a part of the landscaping. Have your own mountain hiking trails.
