Be sure to check out our Skyway Vues Drone Video in the video section. We call this site Water Fall. This 4.73 acre site has a large open pasture in front of the home located higher up in the forest. It has a small fed stream with a seasonal waterfall in front of the home and sets up perfectly to have a walking bridge across the creek to the pasture. For the horse lover this is the best site in the Cove. This has a very secluded home site on a small knoll behind the pasture with hardwoods on all sides. We envision a ''shot gun home'' with a central hall entrance on the driveway side that guides the owners and guests to the pasture and mountain views to what many would call the back of the home. This floor to ceiling north facing big glass wall would have wide open views from the huge great room where the kitchen, dining and living room join the deck outdoors, and little stream 30 feet below.
