232 - 234 Mountain View Dr Vonore, TN 37885

Listing details for 232 - 234 Mountain View Dr, Vonore, TN 37885 : Calling all developers and flippers....This rare piece of property in the City limits of Vonore is nestled in between the big subdivisions and very near Tellico Lake! It's been in the family over 40 years and is perfect for a single residential home up on the top of the property where the Big Mountain Views are or you could subdivide the top into six lots all with big views. The property has an old farm house on it that the family gutted and was going to remodel but decided to sell as is. It could be fixed up to live in while you build up top. The other parcel (232) also goes with it. It has a 1981 modular on it. It needs extensive repairs but the house site is beautiful right next to the pond, plum tree and wild blackberry bushes. There is also a smoke house out by the old farm house with an apple tree, and well. There is plenty of acreage to subdivide out beside the old farmhouse as well. This is almost 7 acres of prime property in Vonore with great mountain views. There are two parcels (232 & 234 Mtn. View Dr) being sold together and all usable. Property is a minute from Hwy 411, 5 minutes to Kahiti and Tellico Lake!
