Listing details for 2615 Woodland Dr, Maryville, TN 37803 : Can we all agree that some pretty awesome things came from the 80s? That decade gave us Super Mario, Ghostbusters, Alf, Pogo Balls and Reebok Pumps. And some things were just better back then...like that one pizza chain that gave away personal pizzas for reading books or Saturday morning cartoons. The music wasn't half bad either! One other great thing to come from that decade, is this house. It was a custom build that served its only owner well for nearly 40 years. It saw multiple generations of youngsters run through its huge yard, make mischief in its massive basement and then splash in its awesome backyard pool. Its cosmetics might have changed a little over the years (but that's most of us, am I right??), but the bones have stood the test of time and stand ready to welcome someone new to sit on its front porch, hang out in its big family room and cook new meals in its kitchen overlooking the big back yard. Not many houses can offer this much space, this beautiful a setting, this many places to park cars or this great pool...and especially not at this price point. Come have a look for yourself!
