513 Campbell Lead Rd Gatlinburg, TN 37738

Listing details for 513 Campbell Lead Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 : A rare chance to purchase a marquee property on Campbell Lead. The non obstructed view of Mount LeConte with Gatlinburg at your feet will thrill you or your guest each and every day. An engineer report is provided to review. Some reinforcement is needed along the driveway but the report provides insight to the overall structural condition. The drive has a switchback leading to the house seat and has ample parking. The view makes Gatlinburg your close friend with both Mount Leconte and Sugarland Mountain as your backdrop. The prior property had a septic system but with a lift station the city sewer system is the best option. The location offers easy access to the Gatlinburg Bypass or downtown Gatlinburg. This one of a kind property currently on the market with options for the investor or personal estate deserves a look. Parking will be limited to the upper portion of the drive way because the seclusion of the lower drive attracts "parking activities". Even the parking area has an unforgettable get away from it all view!
