5955 Round Hill Ln Knoxville, TN 37912

Listing details for 5955 Round Hill Ln, Knoxville, TN 37912 : Arguably one of the most beautiful units (inside and out) in the desirable community of Moss Creek Villas. This house sits atop Round Hill Lane in the next to last phase of the development, giving it beautiful views of the park-like neighborhood and the Smoky Mountain range. In 2019, the outdoor space was extensively expanded to create a private oasis (e.g., retention wall, pavers, stamped concrete, professional landscaping, custom Sunesta awnings, and a granite topped outdoor bar/buffet). The front landscaping was updated to coincide. An equal amount of attention has been paid to the interior of the home. Distressed hardwood flooring, granite countertops, custom backsplash and upgraded appliances (including a gas stove/convection microwave & high end dishwasher) are just a few items to mention. The current owners have meticulously maintained the unit and continuously made improvements throughout the 7 years of occupancy.
