Owner had vinyl flooring replaced in the spring and when the initial install was done, there was a filler used to level the floor that was not able to be removed completely before installing the floating floor from the kitchen island into the washer/dryer area that makes the floor appear to be unlevel. Per the owner, this is not a sub floor issue, just an improperly installed laminate preparation.
