921 W Cedar Ln Gatlinburg, TN 37738

Listing details for 921 W Cedar Ln, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 : 921 W Cedar in Chalet Village North has an outstanding view of Mount LeConte and Sugarlands Mountain. The burned in the fires of '16 property has a two bedroom septic in need of inspection. This is a grandfathered in HOA optional lot if a desired use is to be a second home or permanent residence. However, the best use of the property would be an investment for overnight rental use. The original cabin was unique in that it was build on the level house seat with a stairway from W Cedar for access. The property had on street parking. This explains the value price for a property with such an amazing view. 921 W Cedar shares a back boundary line with the Gatlinburg Bypass so there is ''no on top of another cabin'' alignment interfering with the view. Please have a look at 921 W Cedar and see if it meets your development needs.
