Lot 10 Parsons Shores Sharps Chapel, TN 37866

Listing details for Lot 10 Parsons Shores, Sharps Chapel, TN 37866 : Norris Lake Front Lot, 5.22 acres with park like setting and gentle slope to the lake. This lot has a very easy build site with lake access across the street. This is one of the most gentle lake access to the water I have seen. Wide open water big views and so many possibilities. Do not let the street between the build site and lake fool you. Parsons Shores is a dead end street with very few houses so the traffic is minimal. This lot has a small dock, dock permit with a very rare ability to have your own boat ramp. One of the few areas on this side of the lake where you can build and use the home for short term rental. Norris Lake at its best...come make it yours.
